Customer Appreciation Letter

Thank you for building your OnCue stores.  I do service work all over the Oklahoma City metro area. I enter every location where I find an OnCue store in my phone. I usually stop at least once a day at one of the stores. My wife and I always fill up on gas at "our" OnCue store.

A few of the things that I appreciate: 

  • A giant awning that gives shade or protection from rain while gassing the car or entering the store-no competitor has that.
  • The cleanest and best planned restrooms around. (Easy entry, privacy at the urinals, and always well supplied). Also many stores have separate entries if you only need to make a pit stop.
  • An abundance of snacks and drinks.
  • Polite, friendly, and professional clerks, with no long waits in lines either.

All in all I can't imagine a better planned business of this type.

I have NEVER written a complaint letter, let alone a complimentary letter to any business before.

For the record I'm 70 years old and I've lived in several different states.
