Midwest City, OK, February 8, 2017– Employees at OnCue Express #128 at the Southwest corner of NE 23rd Street and Douglas Boulevard are ready and waiting to welcome customers.  The store will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and features Phillips 66 Top Tier Fuel, an express lane drive-thru, impeccably clean restrooms and a vast selection of drinks and treats.

“We are honored to be a part of the Northeast Midwest City neighborhood and serve great communities like Nicoma Park, Spencer, and those commuting from Choctaw and Harrah to OKC”, said Jim Griffith, CEO of OnCue.

This store features the new Specialty Coffee program, which allows customers to “Be Your Own Barista” and create high quality hot and iced drinks at a fraction of coffeehouse pricing.  The touch screen system allows you to customize your drink and even grinds the espresso beans in front of you.

“Our specialty coffee allows you to get that custom crafted coffeehouse drink you want (like a caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso if you please), and you won’t have to worry about breaking the bank without sacrificing quality. We will also feature seasonal flavors that will change throughout the year, like right now you can make one of my favorites, a skinny peppermint mocha.”- Laura Aufleger, VP Corporate Communications at OnCue.

OnCue expansion will continue with several more stores anticipated to open this year.

Rapid-charging station boosts electric vehicles near Yukon

Heading home from class late one evening, Anthony Smith accidentally became the first customer rescued by a new electric vehicle-charging panel Oklahoma Gas and Electric installed at an OnCue Express in the Yukon area.

Smith had recently bought a 2012 Nissan Leaf electric vehicle and was still getting used to it.

"I was driving home, and it started beeping at me, telling me I had only four miles left of range," said Smith, an assistant professor of business administration at Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City. "I was freaking out, but I had enough to get here."

Customer Appreciation Letter

I wanted to give a special thanks and recognition  toMyka Tugman , manager of the On Cue #113SW 44th & Shields for allowing us to use the facility and allowing our firefighters an area to get out of the cold and warm up during rehab operations.  She also provided  us with coffee, hot chocolate, fountain drinks and the use of the restrooms. Also the guys thawing out left quite a mess on the tile floor and she let us know that it was ok, and she would take care of the mess when we left.

Myka went above and beyond by allowing the Firefighters to warm up, her kindness shows the type of employees you have working for your company.

Customer Appreciation Letter

I love having an OnCue so close to my house!

The customer service is always phenomenal! There is always at least one person that greets you and makes sure you are taken care of. I am a night person and I like to know that I will be safe while I get a drink, snack, or gas. This location is very well lit throughout the parking lot and gas pumps. The pumps are fully covered, which is wonderful when it's raining.

OnCue has a huge selection of snacks, slushies, F'reals, Nachos and Roller Grill, any coffee you could need, last minute home supplies or groceries, and even a frozen yogurt bar! This location does have lottery tickets readily available if you're into that kind of thing.

They do have 100% gas as well as 10%, E-85, CNG, and Diesel. OnCue does have better prices on gas then other competitors.

Every employee always seems busy and the location is very clean. They have a strict no loitering policy--if anyone harasses you for money etc., they will immediately take care of the issue.

I love this store! Great job!

YUKON, OKLA. — Electric vehicle drivers now have a new location where they can quickly and conveniently charge their EV, thanks to OG&E and OnCue. The two companies have partnered on a pilot installation of a level 3, DC fast charging station at the Yukon OnCue, located at 1000 North Czech Hall Rd.

We are excited about partnering with OG&E to install OnCue's first EV charger,” said Laura Aufleger, OnCue. “Collaboration and strategic partnerships like this enable Oklahomans the opportunity to embrace alternative fuels. Adding EV charging to Yukon grows our portfolio of domestically produced alternative fuels and further allows Oklahomans to use their fuel of choice.

OG&E Vice President of Sales & Marketing Ken Grant said this installation is important for many reasons, besides the obvious usefulness of an EV fast-charging station at a great location for EV drivers.

“This partnership is symbolic of our commitment to facilitating the adoption of EVs across and even beyond our service area,” said Grant. “When it comes to electric vehicle technology, OG&E is proud to have more than 20 years invested in EV exploration and engineering expertise, and to bolster our strong record of environmental stewardship.”

The charging station is located on the south side of the store across from the dog park. During the pilot period, charging will be complimentary to customers. Basic data including time of day, length of use and how much energy is consumed, will be collected during the pilot and will assist in evaluating and improving future EV infrastructure development.
